In case of connection issues close the applicaiton, wait 2 seconds and reopen again.
It is using the UDP which means some packets may get lost. We're working on improving the protocol.

I was able to recreate the problem with your theme.
The fix is implemented and will be included in the next release soon.

Very often the remote app can´t connect over vpn....
waiting 2 seconds doesn´t work...

It is UDP protocol so I don't think the local connection can work over VPN.
It is probably connecting through the DOMIQ server in the Internet.

What is the success ratio if you try for example 10 times: connect, then close, wait 2-3 seconds, connect again, and so on?

At the 6th attempt, I had to re-enter the IP address and then it worked immediately...

Now it work at the seconds attempt...

Re-enter the IP address? Are you using direct connection (manually added your Base by IP) ?

At the same time is the Internet (browsing web, etc) working fine on your phone?

In this example the Remote didn´t show me the base (after the 6th attempt), so I entered the IP-adress direct...and then it works...
Internet etc. was fine...

wenn ich in dem Screenshot von an auf aus wechseln möchte, sind beide Auswahlpunkte markiert und aktiv. Ein Deaktivieren ist nicht mehr möglich.
In der IOS Version wird automatisch gewechselt. Es ist also immer nur eine Auswahl aktiv.
