Upnp Option is in use. in all of my 3 Base.
And it slow down after few weeks.
Need a reset to work fine.
MEM Variable is still working and does not loose.

Will the loss of MEM variables also be solved by the update?

The issues we've found influence the overall performance of the Base module and in the worst scenario led to situation when no connection over TCP was possible (for example from configurator/LCN-Pro etc.).
Regarding MEMs being lost - patch for this issue won't be included in the nearest update because we found that this issue in not actually our mistake, but it's a problem in the zlib library we use to compress MEMs... There is a fixed version of the zlib library, but it requires update of the RTOS in Base and it's a bit tougher task - it requires much more testing on our side, so we don't want to postpone the update once again (it's already delayed:/)
