Version 1.6.0 available

Today we released update 1.6.0 online.

Changes in new version include:

• Improved update scanner for LCN installation.
• Ability to control timers using channels.
• Permanent MEM channels, stored in nonvolatile memory.
• Reduced startup time of the DOMIQ/Base.
• Push notifictions sent over DOMIQ server - they look & work like SMS. Requires new pairing with Base.
• On-demand loading of some components.
• Configuration updates over DOMIQ server (requires Remote 1.6.0)
• New firmware for LCN interface, "AL 1.13" with improved collision detection and avoidance algorithms
• Number of other changes improving speed and stability of the Base

I just released few small updates:

system 1.6.1 - fixes some issues with motor control, command testing
web 1.6.2 - adds Mobotix PTZ support (tested on Q24), requires Remote 1.6.1
remote 1.6.1 - pending release at Apple (will take about 1 week), adds Mobotix support, fixes missing icons on config reload, fixes missing update for controls on recall from background

One question: The camera image is adjusted to fill the screen and thus distorted. Can you verify this?

Remote 1.6.2 is available since morning.

Today we also released system 1.6.3 with few small fixes:

• Better support for thresholds values in LCN
• Fixed operations of command call in Logic (doesn't add C.)
• Corrected computations of sunset/sunrise hours as well as computation of sun azimuth/elevation

Last feature can be used to automatically move shades based on wall orientation. We will write tutorial how to implement this later. Sun position is available in channels SUN.azimuth and SUN.elevation in degrees.
